What you can expect

It is my goal to walk along side you as you navigate the current challenges in your life and to be a support as you process your past. I utilize evidence based approaches that are best suited for each unique client, and believe that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is best. I commit to creating a safe and accepting space for you to process and engage in therapy.

In our first meeting we will discuss your goals for therapy and create a plan to reach them. It will be my role to guide the process of therapy through conversation and implementation of tools and resources. I understand that finding a therapist that you connect with can be tough, that is why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help us decide if I would be the best fit for your needs.
