Hello, I'm Alex

As someone raised as a Third Culture Kid (TCK), I spent my formative years being exposed to myriad ways of participating in this life and have seen that there is no one true way to live. I harbor a deep-rooted interest in how people experience and react to the world around them, which has in turn driven me to pursue a life walking alongside individuals as they work through what it means to be human. I consider it a great privilege to be there  and reaffirm that we do not have to walk alone.

I work with preteens, teens, college-aged peoples, and adults. LGBTQIA affirming.

My approach
Each individual experiences the world differently and deserves therapy tailored to their own
specific needs. In my person-centered practice I draw from multiple therapeutic lenses and place
an emphasis on expressive and horticultural therapies. I believe that externalizing our internal
worlds is a must in this life, as is expanding our relationship with the natural world. While I have
my own big ideas about things, you can also expect that I will hold space to be proven wrong.
You are the master of your own experience – I am here to collaborate with you to find what
works best for you.
