The glow group
A virtual therapy group to help you navigate pregnancy
This therapy group has been created to help support the growing mental wellness needs of pregnant women entering into motherhood this year. In this group you will process some the stresses of pregnancy with other women. Each week Michelle Walker, will provide supportive facilitation and a new discussion topic will be explored each session.
This therapy group is open to anyone that is currently pregnancy and is located in the state of North Carolina or Florida.

The afterglow group
A virtual therapy group for postpartum moms
This group will give you the space to talk about the challenges of the postpartum period with other women going through similar challenges. Michelle Walker is trained and specializes in postpartum mental health and will guide the sessions with evidence based approaches and topics.
This therapy group is open to anyone that has had a baby in the past 18 months and is located in North Carolina or Florida.
Registration: Currently Open
Meetings are held on alternating Tuesdays for a commitment of 4 total sessions

Good Enough Mothers Club
A hybrid therapy group for moms at all stages of motherhood
This group is all about learning to let go of perfectionism in your journey as a mom. Michelle Walker guides the group through relevant topics such as work-life balance, SAHM issues, friendships, relationships shifts, and reconnecting with your identity. This group meets virtually and in-person 2x per month.
This therapy group is open to anyone that identifies as a mother and is located in the Wilmington NC area
This group is currently accepting new members
Meetings are held on alternating Fridays (virtually 1 time per month and in person 1 time per month.
